Build Bikes for Nashville Kids

Wed. 4/1 | 5:30-7:30pm | 6th and Peabody

CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19

Do a little good! Join Can’d Aid at 6th and Peabody in an effort to build bicycles for the entire 1st grade at Fall-Hamilton Elementary School. For many students, this will be their very first bicycle – providing a valuable opportunity to get outside.

A HUGE thank you to our Power Your People Campaign winners, Kriste Goad and Mike Saunders of GCS Properties LLC, as well as Fuoco for making this donation possible! Kriste and Mike’s team, The Land of Oz, raised an impressive $6,102.61 to bring a bike build and donation back to Nashville– the couple’s hometown.

Can’d Aid will supply all necessary tools. Just come ready to jump in and help turn some wrenches! No previous bike building experience necessary. Thank you to Yee-Haw Brewing CoOle Smoky, and 6th and Peabody for co-hosting this build.

*We also need volunteers to help distribute bicycles and fit students with helmets at Fall-Hamilton Elementary School on Thurs. 04/02 from 9-11am.  Register using the link below.
