Can’d Aid has teamed up with Très Taylor to spark The Revolution of Joy by painting a series of murals throughout the Black Belt region in Alabama. The goal is to paint 20 murals inspired by his whimsical works on tarpaper folk art. Selma is the fourth stop on this tour de do-goodery and we want your help to beautify the community.
Due to COVID-19, we will be limiting the number of volunteers painting on the wall at a time. Please reserve your space by clicking the link below and selecting a time slot between 7am-10am or 6pm-9pm on 8/14, 8/15 or 8/16.
All skill levels and ages are welcome, and no artistic experience is necessary. We will supply all necessary tools. Just come ready to jump in and yield a paintbrush!
