Strumming for Good: Rocking Creativity, Connection, and Community
In this unique and meaningful activity, your team will design and assemble ukuleles to be donated to local children, helping to inspire a love of music in the next generation. From decorating the ukulele with vibrant paint markers and stencils to building the instruments with care, every step is filled with creativity, collaboration, and purpose. A Can’d Aid Skateboard Build is an exciting opportunity for teams to work together in assembling skateboards, complete with helmets, to be donated to kids in need.

For the kids receiving the boards, it’s more than just a new skateboard—it’s a gateway to confidence, new experiences, and the support of a community that believes in them.

On-site Facilitation: Two dedicated Can’d Aid staff members to oversee and facilitate the project from start to finish. Positive vibes and quality control included.
Donation Coordination: Invitation to participate in a donation event at a local Title 1 school or organization the following day.
Deluxe bike and skateboard projects include a memorable donation event the following day at a local Title 1 school or organization, featuring a surprise reveal of the completed items and an inspiring demonstration by a trained athlete, offering tips and tricks to help recipients get started.
