Steep Canyon Rangers Surprise 100 Students with New Instruments

Can’d Aid TUNES Ambassadors, the Steep Canyon Rangers, came out to the Tenderloin Community School in San Francisco, California to play some songs and to donate new instruments to 100 4th and 5th grade students. The Grammy Award winning band held a Q & A session for the students and helped them explore their new instruments. The school received two trumpets, one 1/2 size violin, one 3/4 size violin, one full size violin, two clarinets, one alto saxophone, one trombone,  four violin cases, a rico clarinet reeds box, a mouthpiece puller and  two b flat clarinet ligatures.

Can’d Aid strives to inspire a love of music and the arts in communities across the nation, one school at a time.
